Think!  Get Inspired! A little thought can make a huge difference in your job search. Thinking is hard, this is why a lot of people don't do it.  Make sure you qualify for the job before you apply.  Doing the opposite can work because anything is possible, but is certainly not probable. 

Hiring managers know what they want. They invest time writing job descriptions that clearly define what would work best for their specific situation.  Their goal is to connect with smart candidates who can read job requirements so they can focus only with qualified candidates.  They are too busy to talk to wrong candidates.  Believe it or not, they don't like sending rejection letters.

Applying to opportunities that you do not meet all requirements, will cause you to experience a lot of rejection.
